Mr. Rakesh Malhotra attended academic and professional seminars relating to national and international arbitration, Comparative Legal systems and relevant aspects of the Civil Law and the Common Law. The Programme is being organized in conjunction with the Belgian Court of Cassation and the Belgian International Arbitration Institute CEPINA, the order of Flemish Bar Associations (OVB), the Antwerp Bar, the Belgian Maritime Law Association and the City of Antwerp.
